GRAMEENS2 to give 11pc cash dividend

The trustee committee of Grameen Mutual Fund One: Scheme Two (GRAMEENS2) has decided to distribute 11 per cent cash dividend for its unit-holders for the year that concluded on June 30, 2017.

Taking into consideration available fund from distributable reserves, the trustee also recommended 4 per cent dividend on the Capital Fund in the form of Re-Investment units for the same year to be issued at a valuation based on last published NAV per unit before record date.

The fund’s record date is in September 7, 2017.

The fund has also reported EPU of Tk 1.13, NAV per unit at market price of Tk 19.71, NAV per unit at cost of Tk 11.17 and NOCFPU of Tk 1.07 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 as against Tk 1.03, Tk 17.40, Tk 11.22 and Tk 1.06 respectively for the same period of the previous year.

Linde BD record date tomorrow

Trading of the shares of Linde Bangladesh Limited (Linde BD) will remain suspended on its record date tomorrow (August 13, 2017) for entitlement of interim dividend.

Trading of the Linde BD shares will resume on August 16, 2017.

Cos to hold board meeting

NCC Bank disburses cash dividend

NCC Bank Limited (NCC Bank) has disbursed the cash dividend for its shareholders for the year that concluded on December 31, 2016 to their respective bank accounts through Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) system and online transfer.

The company’s shareholders whose accounts were not credited have been requested to collect their dividend warrants from its Share Department at NCC Bank Bhaban (3rd floor), 13/1 & 13/2, Toyenbee Circular Road, Motijheel, C/A, Dhaka-1000 during office hours.

City Bank director to buy shares

Syeda Shaireen Aziz, director of The City Bank Limited (City Bank), will buy 8,80,782 shares of the bank at prevailing market price (in the Public/Block Market) through stock exchange within next 30 working days.

BDFS withdraws authorised rep

BD Finance Securities Limited (BDFS) – DSE TREC No. 30 – has withdrawn one of its authorised representatives, Shopon Chandro Debnath, with immediate effect.
