Walton, the country’s private sector electronics company, has begun online based post sale services at its nine service centres in Dhaka, Chuadanga and Shariatpur.
Walton’s service management system launched the online service as a pilot project to further ease and modernise its after sales services.
Md Nahid Hossain, a call centre representative of WSMS, said they launched an online based platform as a pilot project in April this year in its nine service centres, of which seven are in the capital’s Motijheel, Palwel Market, Khilgaon, Uttara, Kuril, Mohammadpur, and Keraniganj and the rest two are in Chuadanga and Shariatpur.
For this service, they developed a webpage http://support.waltonbd.com. Through visiting this website, customers can request for getting necessary post sales services of Walton products sitting at home.
