Admission tests at IU to begin Dec 1

The admission tests for the first year honours courses under 2017-18 academic session of Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia are scheduled to begin from December 1.

The registrar office of the university confirmed the matter on Tuesday.

SM Abdul Latif, acting registrar of IU, said that the admission tests will be held under four shifts in a day.

According to the information provided by him, the first shift will be held from 9:00 am to 10:00 am while the second shift from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, third shift from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm and fourth shift from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

This year a total of 87,388 applicants will contest for 2,275 seats at IU.
