Reckitt Ben to give 275pc interim cash dividend

The Board of Directors of Reckitt Benckiser (Bangladesh) Limited (Reckitt Ben) has recommended 275 per cent interim cash dividend for its shareholders based on the company’s financial position and un-appropriated profit for the half year that concluded on June 30, 2017.

The Reckitt Ben’s record date for entitlement of interim dividend is on December 20, 2017.

The company has also reported EPS of Tk 25.65, NAV per share of Tk 38.18 and NOCFPS of Tk 8.90 for the same year as against Tk 25.05, Tk 53.53 and Tk 62.09 respectively for the same period of the previous year.

Dhaka Ins credit rating result

Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) has announced the CPA (Claim Paying Ability) Rating of Dhaka Insurance Limited as ‘A+’ along with a stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to December 31, 2016; un-audited financials up to September 30, 2017 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

Trading of co shares

Trading of the following companies’ shares will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transactions will also be settled as per Spot settlement cycle from December 3 to December 13, 2017.

Trading of their shares will remain suspended on record date on December 14, 2017.

The companies are Bangas Limited, Tallu Spinning Mills Limited, Mithun Knitting & Dyeing (CEPZ) Limited and Western Marine Shipyard Limited.

Oimex holds EGM, AGM Dec 20

Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Oimex Electrode Limited (Oimex) will be held at 9:00am and 9:30am respectively on December 20, 2017 at Bilash Bhaban Community Centre at Mirpur in the capital.

Other information in connection with EGM and AGM will remain unchanged.

Trading of co shares to remain suspended today

Trading of several companies’ shares will remain suspended on its record date on December 3, 2017.

Trading of their shares will resume on December 4, 2017.

The companies are Shahjibazar Power Company Limited, GBB Power Limited, Golden Son Limited, LR Global Bangladesh Mutual Fund, Vanguard AML BD Finance Mutual Fund One.
