Newly appointed Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Chairman Md Moinuddin Abdullah and Commissioner Md Jahurul Haque joined office on Wednesday.

ACC Secretary Dr Muhd Anwar Hossain Howlader welcomed them at ACC headquarters in the capital’s Segunbagicha at 11:15 am.

ACC Public Relations Officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya confirmed the matter.

Earlier on March 3, the cabinet division issued a gazette notification appointing them in their respective posts.

Prior to joining, Md Moinuddin Abdullah served as the Senior Secretary of Agriculture Ministry and Jahurul Haque served as the Chairman of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).
