Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Mayor Md Atiqul Islam sought cordial cooperation from all city dwellers to transform the capital into a ‘healthy, vibrant and modern’ city.

He sought the cooperation while exchanging greeting with journalists at Nagar Bhaban in Gulshan on the occasion of the first anniversary of his second term as the DNCC mayor and Eid-ul-Fitr.

Highlighting the development and welfare oriented activities took place during his tenure, Atiqul said, the DNCC is going to introduce pension system for the first time in the country among the city corporations.
