The Religious Affairs Ministry has given a number of instructions for the congregations of the Eid-ul-Azha.

A notification issued by the Religious Ministry revealed this information.

The instructions are as follows:

1. There should not be any lighting marking the Eid-ul-Azha.

2. Everyone should come to Eidgah or mosque after making ablution (wudu) from home.

3. It needs to keep soap or hand sanitizer at ablution places of mosque or Eidgah to check the Covid-19 infection.

4. Muslims must wear masks while going to mosque or Eidgah for congregations.

5. Reserved prayer-mat and cap of mosque and Eidgah should not be used.

6. It has to maintain social distancing and follow health rules while standing for Eid prayers.

7. There should be gap between two lines during payers. 

8. The instructions of Fisheries and Livestock Ministry will have to be followed in terms of sacrificial animals.
