Md Sukur Salek has confessed to being tortured in false cases and attacks by terrorist Mujibur Rahman Maju Gong, who introduced him as an alleged political leader of some political parties in Bangladesh. Md Sukur Salek has been implicated in various false cases at different times and the mob has been conspiring to get justice. Prosecutors can kill Sukur Salek and his family at any time. In the meantime, Sukur Salek faced to be killed several times. Fortunately, he survived. The matter was brought to the headquarters of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) by Sukur Salek, who has applied for his security. Already Md. Sukur Salek is being harassed with 3 false criminal cases, including a murder case.

On August 4, 2024, at around 11: 00pm (approximate), the Majubur Rahman Maju attacked the residence of Sukur Salek along with the so-called BNP leaders and his terrorist forces. During this time, Majubur Rahman Maju attacked at Sukur Salek's office including his house and looted valuables. A Member of Dhaka Metropolitan South, the alleged member of BNP terrorist Majibur Rahman Maju Gong reached Sukur Salek's house and threatened to kill Sukur Salek's family members. Majibur Rahman Maju attacked Salek's house to tried kill him multiple times with modern weapons and country-made weapons and sticks. Fearing for his life, Sukur Salek along with his family members moved to a safe place through the back gate. Since then he has not returned home. These terrorists, who identify themselves as BNP, are constantly threatening Sukur Salek with domestic and foreign weapons in front of his house. Mojibur Rahman, who allegedly introduced himself as a political leader, demanded Tk 50 lakh from Sukur Salek. Sukur Salek was framed as a fake accused in the murder case by making his terrorist army as the plaintiff on the orders of Mazu as he expressed his inability to pay the demanded donation. Former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is among the accused in the case. A total of 112 people are accused in the case, of which Md Sukur Salek is the 48th accused. When Sukur Salek went to Hazaribagh police station on August 5, 2024, he was not made a GD as the BNP alleged identity workers were in front of the gate of the police station. There was no security in the country. These so-called political people indulge in violence and false cases.

Bangladesh's chief adviser, home secretary, law secretary, inspector general of police (IGP), PBI chief, Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) commissioner and Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) commissioner have been made respondents to the petition. In the attack by the alleged political party men, Sukur Salek received injuries on his back, head and chest, and due to the injuries on his face, Sukur Salek suffered severe teeth and jaw damage.
