COVID-19 pandemicGlobal death toll climbs to 265,238


The global death toll from coronavirus (Covid-19) has climbed to 265,238 till Thursday.

A total of  38,34,038 people have been infected and 13,06,483 people have recovered worldwide from the disease, according to latest data from worldometer.

A total of 212 countries and territories and two international conveyances have been infected in the deadly disease.

Here are some worse affected countries:

In USA, 1,263,224 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 74,809 people have died and 213,109 people have recovered.

In Italy, 214,457 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 29,684 people have died and 93,245 people have recovered.

In Spain, 253,682 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 25,857 have died and 159,359 people have recovered.

In France, 174,191 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 25,809 patients have diedand 53,972 patients have recovered.

In UK , 201,101 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 30,076 people died.

In China, 82,885 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 4,633 people have died and 77,957 have recovered.

In Canada, 63,496 people have been diagnosed with Covid-19. Of them, 4,232 people have diedand 28,171 have recovered.
