COVID-19 pandemicGlobal death toll hits 567,657 deaths

The global death toll from coronavirus reached 567,657 at 10:40 am till Sunday (Bangladesh Time), according to latest data from worldometer.

So far, 1,28,44,410 people have tested positive for coronavirus while 74,79,527 patients have made full recovery across the world, the source said.

Besides, the active cases are 47,97,226 worldwide till date.

With the fresh tally in the 24 hours, 4,769 people died of coronavirus across the world while 213,538 people have been detected with the virus, and 113,039 have made full recovery worldwide till date.

Among the coronavirus affected countries, the US death toll has gone up to 137,403, followed by Brazil with 71,492, UK 44,798, Italy 34,945, France 30,004, Spain 28,403, Mexico 34,730, India 22,687, Iran 12,635, Canada 8,773, Pakistan 5,197, China 4,634, Indonesia 3,535, Bangladesh 2,305, Saudi Arabia 2,181, Philippines 1,372, and Australia 108 respectively, according to worldometer.
