Muhammad Raj receives Human Rights Excellence Award 2024

On the occasion of World Human Rights Day declared by the United Nations on December 10, 2024 organized by the Bangladesh Human Rights Monitoring Organization, a discussion meeting on the development of human rights in a fascism-free Bangladesh and the awarding ceremony of "Human Rights Excellence Award-2024" among distinguished people was held at Kakrail IDEB Auditorium.

Advocate Nitai Roy Chowdhury; vice chairman of BNP and former minister, attended the event as the chief guest. Chairman of Bangladesh Human Rights Monitoring Organization Md. Rabiul Islam Robi presided over the event.

Prof. Dr. Sukomal Barua; Adviser of BNP Chairperson gave the opening speech. Joint General Secretary of 'We Are One Foundation' Md Mosharraf Hossain Raju and many other dignitaries spoke as special guests.

At the end of the ceremony, the International Human Rights Excellence Award 2024 was presented by 'We Are One Foundation' and Director of Hafezzi Charitable Society of Bangladesh Muhammad Raj for his special contribution to the service of humanity in the international arena at home and abroad on behalf of the Bangladesh Human Rights Monitoring Organization.

Engineer Md. Zahidur Rahman Dipu, Jatiya Party's Religious Affairs Secretary Engineer Alhaj Md. Abdul Hai Bhuiyan and Md. Mosharraf Hossain Raju a prominent journo received other awards in the ceremony.
