Authorities of the private television channel Deepto TV decided to halt the live news broadcast for two weeks as four journalists of the station have been diagnosed with the novel coronavirus.
The announcement came on the news scroll of the channel.
Sources at the television channel said, "6th and 7th floor of Deepto TV's building, that contains both the reporting and live studios will be closed after spraying disinfectant liquids."
Other regular programs of the television channel, however, will continue. Even the news scrolls will stay operational.
