In recognition of long service in tourism and real estate sectorLion M A Elahi Shimul receives prestigious 'Nepal International Excellence Award 2024'


Nepal Bangladesh Friendship Association (NBFA) recently formed Bangladesh Nepal Alliance to advance the tourism business of the two friendly countries in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal.

NBFA organized a landmark discussion on the subject and awarding ceremony for special contribution in respective fields of Nepal and Bangladesh.

The prestigious 'Nepal International Excellence Award-2024' program was organized at the Tourism Board Hall of Nepal Exhibition Board. Special guests from both countries were present on the occasion.

Labor, Employment and Social Security Minister Dol Prasad Aryal was present as the chief guest on the occasion.

Mrs. Bhagwati Chowdhury, Minister of Women, Children and Senior Citizen Affairs was present as a special guest.

Dr. Narayan Kharka (Member of the House Representative of Nepal), Dr. Bhola Rizal (heroic freedom fighter), Mohan Bahadur Basnet (former Minister of State for Health) and leaders of Nepal Chamber of Commerce were also present in the event.

The leaders of the two countries present in this important event entitled 'Nepal International Excellence Award-2024' and "Tourism Development, business Promote program" expressed their views on tourism and formed the Nepal Bangladesh Alliance to promote tourism business.

Lion MA Elahi Shimul delivered an important speech in this prestigious event. Emphasizing the development of the tourism sector and the lack of tourists between the two countries, he urged Bangladesh and Nepal to take forward the tourism industry through joint cooperation.

At the end of the ceremony, 'Nepal International Excellence Award 2024' was given in recognition of the special contribution of the two countries in their respective fields.
