PM inaugurates e-bail bond service at Bogura Judge Court


Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Monday formally inaugurated the e-bail bond service at the Bogura Judge Court during his visit to the district.

He walked from the Bogura Circuit House to the court premises and reached there around 11:00am. The service was officially launched at about 11:20am.

After inaugurating the e-bail bond service, the premier has reaffirmed his government’s commitment to establishing justice across the state and society.

At the same time, the Prime Minister also unveiled the plaque of the newly constructed building of the Bogura District Advocates Bar Association.

Earlier in the morning, he arrived at the Bogura Circuit House at around 9:55am after travelling by road from his residence in Dhaka. This marks his first visit to Bogura since assuming office as Prime Minister.

Following the inauguration, the Prime Minister is expected to unveil the plaque of the Bogura City Corporation and announce the formal commencement of its activities.

In the second half of the day, he will inaugurate several development projects in Gabtoli upazila. These include canal excavation works, distribution of family cards, and the launch of a measles-rubella vaccination campaign.

As part of the concluding events of the visit, Prime Minister Rahman will address a large public rally organised by the Bogura district BNP at the historic Altafunnesa Playground at 4:00pm.

Before returning to Dhaka, he is also expected to inaugurate the new building of the Bogura Press Club and the reconstruction work of the Baitur Rahman Central Mosque.

The Prime Minister is also scheduled to visit his ancestral home and return to the city later in the afternoon.
