Covid-19 Omicron sub-variant BF 7 detected in Bangladesh

Bangladesh has detected BF 7, a sub-type of Omicron variant which is driving the current surge in China, for the first time in the country.

The Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR) disclosed the information on Sunday.
