Over 2,000 Bangladeshis ready to be employed in Malaysia

More than 2,000 Bangladeshi workers are ready for employment in Malaysia.

However, 15 labour organisations out of 25 completed registration process to accept the workers, said Ministry of Human Resources in Malaysia.

The ministry said in a statement that previous technical problems which delayed recruitment from Bangladesh, have been resolved.

Interested employers, who paid duties seeking to recruit Bangladeshi workers, can send application to Bangladesh High Commission in Malaysia to ensure work visa documentation.

However, health check-up will be conducted for entry of Bangladeshi workers who must follow safety rules, the ministry said.

According to the ministry, the verification of remaining 10 labour organisations will be completed in the next few weeks.
