Learning from 36th JulyStop Hate Speach, Empower Unity

First of all, my profound respect for July myrtar and injured, we are greatfull to you.

Like me, most of people hardly imagined we have had a great change. We the NGOs had to work in all odds, strikes etc, as we are based on micro finance income. If we do not disburse money then we can not give salary to staff and return the money to bank and whole saller, those agencies will not spare us, most of the time we have had to give personal gurrantee.

Morover our effort is greatly facilitating rural and poor people economy countrywide. During July movemement our staff seriously injured even we have to take care of them in life support, they have been beaten as they were in work. We are in work does not mean we support regime, we have to keep up country and organizational economy.

In most cases we get little support from goverment including from some political forcess. We give vote, but hardly any one accept that we place political comments.

Moreover we don't want to comments, as we need unhindered access espcially in humanitarain crises, whether it is man made (e.g, communal riot) or nature made (e.g., cyclones and floods).

I have two student in my house, I was getting news on what happening in Dhaka Uiversity and streets. Including my wife they aware on what is happening and they are very much on the side of democratic and human rights, with my kids, my wife, we have political differences, but we love to express freely.

Our political/opinion leaders must understand the sentiments of young people of present days, they don't like hate speach, they don't like tagging and all above they want unity for progression and advancement. They love Bangladesh but they don't like narrow religious and territorial nationalism.

They are very cautions that they have to compete in international level with global standard.
