Film actor Amin Khan hands over Marcel cash voucher to a housewife


‘Rumi Akter,’ a housewife from Basantapur village under Chandia Upazilla of
Cumilla district, has been awarded a 100 percent cash vouchers on the purchase of
a Marcel brand refrigerator under the company’s nationwide ongoing digital
campaign season-5.
Marcel’s Brand Ambassador film actor Amin Khan handed over the cash voucher
to Rumi Akter at Sumaiya Electronics, an exclusive outlet of Marcel, at Kaduti
Moddha Bazar in Chandina on October 22, 2019.
Among others, Marcel’s Zonal Manager Nurul Islam Rubel, Area Manager
Shawkat Hossain, Sumaiya Electronics’ Proprietor Abdul Ahad Liton and some
other local dignitaries were present.
Addressing the function, Amin Khan said that the prime objective of Marcel is to
keep the local currencies within the country. Thus, Marcel started local production
of electronics appliances, mentioning it he noted that the local company has not
only reduced the country’s import dependency but also created huge employment.
Few days ago, Rumi Akter purchased a refrigerator from Sumaiya Electronics and
then she registered her purchased under the ‘Marcel Digital Campaign Season 5.’
After completing the registration process, she received a SMS in her mobile phone
from Marcel with the notification of that she was awarded 100 percent cash
voucher on the purchase and registration of Marcel brand refrigerator.
With that cash voucher, Rumi took another refrigerator of the local brand as a gift
for her sister-in-law.
While expressing her reaction, she said, “I am astonished over the receipt of 100
percent cash voucher. Thanks to Marcel.”
It may be noted that through digital registration process, details including customer
name, phone number and model number of the purchased products are being stored
on Marcel's server so that customers can avail quick after sales service from any
Marcel service center even if the warranty card is lost. Service center
representatives can also get customers’ feedback.
The benefits of sure cash back or up to 100 percent cash vouchers are offered with
the aim of encouraging customers in taking part in the digital registration
campaign.
