Edu minister to brief on HSC results today

Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni will brief media on HSC results, reopening of educational institutions, distribution of new books among primary and secondary students across the country on Tuesday.

She will exchange views with the press on contemporary academic issues and detrimental effect of corona on the campus.

The event will be held through online platform Zoom at 12pm.

Sources said a total of 34.50 crore class-based textbooks have been published to be distributed among students.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will virtually inaugurate the new textbook distribution on December 31.
