87.90pc students pass JSC, JDC exams
Results of this year’s Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) examinations were published on Tuesday, showing an increase in pass rates.
The results show that 87.90 percent of students came out successful in PEC and JDC examinations.
“This year, 78,429 students secured GPA-5,” Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni told a press briefing at her ministry.
Earlier, Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni handed over the JSC and JDC results to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the morning.
As many as 26, 02,053 students from 29,275 educational institutions appeared in this year’s JSC and JDC examinations.
