Dhaka-Mymensingh bus services called off

All kinds of transport facilities were called off by the transport owners association on Dhaka-Mymensingh highway protesting the torching of vehicles by the students, sources said.

Number of passengers fell in immense suffering as no bus was left Mymensingh to Dhaka on Thursday.

A transport worker in Maskanda Bus Terminal in Mymensingh said that the vehicle owners decided not to move as the students vandalised scores of buses in the capital.
Students of different school and colleges took the roads in Dhaka for four days following an accident which killed two students on Airport road on Sunday (Jul 29).
