Private carrier US-Bangla Airlines is celebrating its 12th anniversary, marking more than a decade of operations since launching its maiden flight on July 17, 2014.

The airline has entered its 13th year of operations, with plans to expand its fleet by another 21 aircraft by 2027.

In a social media post on July 16 commemorating the milestone, US-Bangla Airlines reflected on its journey from a new domestic carrier to one of Bangladesh's leading airlines with an expanding international network.

"For the past 12 years, every takeoff has carried more than passengers—it has carried dreams, aspirations, reunions, and countless unforgettable memories," the airline said.

US-Bangla noted that what began as a vision has evolved into a trusted airline connecting Bangladesh with destinations abroad, with safety, reliability, and service excellence at the heart of its operations.

The airline expressed gratitude to its passengers, business partners, and employees for their continued support and contribution to its growth.

"This milestone belongs to every passenger who chose us, every partner who believed in us, and every member of the US-Bangla Airlines family whose dedication has made this journey possible," it said.

Reaffirming its commitment to future growth, the airline said it looks forward to "soaring higher, reaching farther, and embracing infinite horizons together."
