1,444 killed in Iran in US-Israel attack

At least 1,444 people have been killed and 18,551 others injured in attacks by the United States and Israel in Iran. The Iranian Ministry of Health released this information on Friday (March 13), as reported by Al Jazeera.

It is noteworthy that the United States and Israel launched their offensive on Iran on February 28. They have been conducting continuous attacks in various cities, including the capital, Tehran. Civilian installations are not being spared; US and Israeli forces have struck various infrastructures, including schools and hospitals.

In response, Iran has been carrying out retaliatory strikes in several Arab countries where US bases and other American or Israeli interests are located. As a result, the conflict has now spread across the entire region.
