Daraz organises ‘Boishakhi Fair’ for 3rd time

Daraz Bangladesh, an online marketplace in the country, has organised an online ‘Boishakhi Fair’ which started from 30th March and will end on 14th April.

The e-commerce platform has brought more than 0.30 million products in their website (daraz.com.bd) with a discount up to 77 per cent for this year, says a media release.

They also give 15 per cent cash-back offer on pre-payment with Lanka Bangla credit card, which is the payment partner of the campaign.

Moreover, on a special day, there will be flat 50 per cent discount on television. There will also be special offers & arrangements every single day for the 16-day sales campaign, said the release.

Syed Mostahidal Hoq, the managing director of Daraz, said, “On this new year, we want our customers and well-wishers to know that we have lots of big plans for Daraz BD.”

“Towards the end of this year, we will launch our own hubs or pickup-points all over the 64 districts of Bangladesh.”

“New categories such as medicine, fresh foods and insurance will be available in the Daraz BD website from this year,” he said.

The managing director also informed that they are starting their own fashion label this year.

“Therefore, a lot of attractive surprises are waiting for our consumers. So please keep an eye on the Daraz website (daraz.com.bd) from now on. Best wishes to everyone for Pohela Boishakh.”

Sunsilk, Dettol, Harpic, Esquire Electronics, Radio Today and Tata tea is the co-sponsor of the ‘Boishakhi Fair’ event, while Samakal and Somoy television are the media partners.
