Mutual Trust Bank opened first ever private bank museum

Mutual Trust Bank Limited has inaugurated MTB Museum, the first-ever museum in any private bank in the country.

The Bank formally launch the museum through a press conference on Monday at its head office.

Syed Manzur Elahi, director and founding chairman of the Bank attended the event as the chief guest while the incumbent chairman Md Hedayetullah was present as a special guest. 

Among others, Anis A Khan, managing director and chief executive officer of the Bank, Syed Rafiqul Haq, deputy managing director and chief business officer, Goutam Prosad Das, deputy managing director and group head of internal control compliance, and Tarek Reaz Khan, deputy managing director, were present at the event.

The museum will reflect the memories and achievements of the Bank's 20-year journey since 1999. It will showcase photos of various events held during the opening period of the Bank.

Besides, photos of the board of directors, chairmen, vice-chairmen, general annual meetings, annual business conferences, managing directors, branches, ATM booths and other programmes will also be displayed in the museum.
