Schools, colleges to reopen on June 13: Dipu Moni

All schools and colleges across the country will reopen on June 23.

Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni came up with the announcement at a virtual press conference on Wednesday.

The minister, however, said that the decision regarding reopening of universities will be taken later.

However, online classes will continue during the closure of the institutions, it added.

After a year of closure due to the pandemic, and significant academic losses, the government on February 27 announced that all schools and colleges will be reopening on March 30.

All school teachers and employees were asked to be vaccinated before resuming the classes.
